The structure presented by us is located in a strategic position, with a wonderful view of the Abbey of Badia a Passignano and the Chianti hills. Ideal place to discover the typical villages of Chianti and their cities of art. Beautiful, cosy country house "Badia a Passignano", surrounded by vineyards. Above Badia a Passignano 10 km from the centre of San Donato in Poggio, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, 40 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 06.Apr. - 26.Oct. pool opening hours: 08:00-21:00). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: internet access, washing machine, heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04.. Cook on request. 1 km long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, riding stable 2 km. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Terrace for exclusive use with exposure to the sunset.

    “Es geht ihr nur um die Wohnung 389954. Sie ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Auch fehlt es an Geschirr und zum Kochen ist noch nicht mal ein Deckel zu den Töpfen da. Die Terrassenmöbel sind verrostet und keine Sitzkissen auch für die Liegen. Im Bad kann man sich kaum wenden.
    Außerdem hatten wir immer das Gefühl der Feuchtigkeit in den Räumen. An zwei Wänden Aromasprüher die man sonst nur von Toiletten kennt. Ich denke, dass die zwei anderen Wohnungen besser und neuer ausgestattet sind. Sonst wirklich sehr ruhig und erholsam mit tollem Ausblick.” “Es geht ihr nur um die Wohnung 389954.
