Holiday home and near the sea with private parking

Beautiful and discreet two-story semi-detached house in a residential complex with panoramic mountain and sea views. Beaches are a 15-minute walk away. Very quiet area. There are no nightclubs or bars in the area. Quiet. Located in the interior of the town. Large communal pool and a small one for children. Private garden at the house with a private barbecue. Private parking enclosed with a fence in the interior courtyard of the house. Direct access to the communal pool garden is visible from the house. Conduction air conditioning in the bedrooms. Ceiling fan on the terrace and in the dining room. There are three bedrooms upstairs. One double bedroom with a 150 cm double bed. Another bedroom with two single beds. One bedroom has a bunk bed with an extra mattress in case three children want to share the same room. Ideal for six adults and three children, but up to eight adults can accommodate. The living-dining room has a 150 cm Italian sofa bed. A high chair for children is also available. A full bathroom is upstairs. The rooms have direct access to the sun terrace overlooking the pool. On the ground floor is the separate kitchen, equipped with all utensils, and a bathroom with a shower. LG-50" television connected to two satellites (Astra+Hotbird). It has a covered terrace for outdoor dining. The kitchen features a ceramic hob with electric oven, a new LG washing machine, a new LG refrigerator-freezer, a Linx dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a juicer, and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine. All kitchen utensils are complete, and more than enough is needed. There is plenty of street parking. There are no paid parking meters in Miami Platja. Parking is always free throughout the town. The supermarket and pizzeria, rotisserie, etc. are 250 meters away.
