Lovingly furnished, romantic 2.5 room flat (approx. 65m2) on the ground floor, with sunny garden seating area and wonderful views of the mountains and Saanenland. The flat is newly furnished and has a bedroom with double bed (160cm, single mattresses) and a sofa bed in the living room (150cm). The recently renovated kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Fondue set and raclette oven are available. TV sets in the living room and bedroom provide relaxation. The bathroom was renovated in 2022 and is equipped with a shower. A washing and drying machine is located in a separate room. There is also a small additional storage room. The flat has a parking space. On request, an attic room with two single beds, washbasin and WC can also be rented (CHF 200.--/week). Discount: 14 nights 10%, 3 weeks 15%

The sunny and quiet flat is an ideal starting point for skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking and biking. The chair lift of the skiing area Horneggli is directly accessible by skis from the flat, as well as the ski paradise for children. In spring, summer and autumn, wonderful hiking trails lure you over mountain and valley and offer culinary highlights in great mountain restaurants. The Schönried railway station is within walking distance (approx. 700m), as are the dairy, butcher's shop and a shop for everyday needs. All shops stock products of excellent quality. Those who prefer to be indulged in a restaurant can choose from a handful of options in Schönried, from rustic to chic.
A leisurely walk of about 45 minutes takes you down to sophisticated Gstaad. The distance can be covered in 10 minutes by car (or, of course, by public transport). The Saanenland awaits young and old at any time of the year with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities and opportunities. But there is also a wide choice of quiet walks around tranquil mountain lakes and slow down in lonely mountain forests in the nearby surroundings. On the other hand, if you are looking for hustle and bustle, you will find bars, restaurants, exquisite shops and sophisticated hotel ambience with nightlife in the famous Gstaad.
