-The Appenzell house in a very quiet location comprises a living room, 3 bedrooms, a new kitchen with dishwasher, shower, WC and laundry room.
-In the garden seating area with parasol and deckchairs you can enjoy the peace and quiet and a lime tree provides pleasant shade on hot days. At the large oak table you can enjoy food prepared on the barbecue or a cosy get-together.
-The holiday resort offers many sporting and cultural opportunities and is a central starting point for various activities:
for exciting bike tours (batteries can be charged free of charge)
in Grub, the Unterrechstein spa (SPA with sauna),
in Heiden indoor swimming pool in the Hotel Heiden,
in St. Gallen (monastery church, abbey library world heritage site),
in Appenzell a stroll through the town
-Summer: outdoor swimming pool in Heiden and Rehetobel, water sports, swimming in Lake Constance.
Hikes around the Kaien and mountain tours in the Alpstein.
