Typical Umbrian country house on a private property of about 10 hectares at the foot of a hill about 3 km from the small village of Belvedere and 20 km from the town of Gubbio. The vacation home is in a particularly quiet location. Beautiful, wide view of the valley and woods. Guests have at their disposal spacious outdoor areas with olive trees, a large equipped sun terrace and a crescent-shaped swimming pool; here you can relax after your day's excursions and end the day with a good glass of wine. Access to the house is via a 2.2 km gravel road. The area is ideal for nature lovers and is good for walks. Parking space. In the living room there is a fireplace and a pool table. A baby crib is available. Distances: Belvedere (grocery store) about 3 km, Perugia 25 km, the wonderful city of Assisi 28 km, Lake Trasimeno with equipped beaches 50 km. Arrival is possible only between 5 pm and 8 pm. The house is divided into three apartments that are not connected, one on the first floor with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with double bed; The two apartments on the second floor have a bathroom, two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen.
