The 4-room apartment on offer is in a quiet, sunny and central location in the national park community of Rauris.
Both the town center and the valley station of the Rauriser Hochalmbahnen can be reached on foot within a few minutes.
The holiday apartment is located on the second lift floor in Haus Elisabeth, in the front row of the well-established Schönblick Mountain Resort & Spa and is dedicated to tourist use.
From the approximately 12.2 m² south-facing balcony you can enjoy a fantastic, unobstructed view of both the impressive panorama of the Hohe Tauern and the valley run of the Rauriser Hochalmbahnen.
The apartment has an almost 25m² large, light-flooded living/cooking/dining area, which provides access to the south-facing balcony via two folding-sliding doors.
The owner and his guests have three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite to the master bedroom) as well as a guest toilet at their disposal. The holiday apartment also has an underground parking space.
The main building of the resort has a wellness area with an indoor pool and sauna where you can relax and regenerate after days of skiing or hiking.
Environment
The market town of Rauris is located in the Salzburger Land, more precisely in the Zellam See district, at an altitude of approx. 940m.
It is considered the largest national park community in terms of area and is considered the “secret jewel” of the Hohe Tauern National Park. In the impressive valley head of Kolm Saigurn, tour goers can expect not only spectacular and demanding hiking but also ski tours such as: to the Naturfreundehaus (2175m), the Rojacher Hütte (2718m) or the Sonnblick with its Zittelhaus and weather observatory (3105m).
Even for less strenuous hikes, you can find gold in the “Rauriser Urwald”, at the over 300 year old Rauriser Tauernhaus or at one of the gold panning sites. Here, under professional guidance, you can actually still find fine gold flakes from the river bed or walk along the paths of the valley's old gold mining era.
The nearest airports are in Salzburg (90 km), Innsbruck (176 km) and Munich (257 km)
