The exceptionally chic designer finca "Cuca" offers everything a couple could wish for on a relaxing holiday with an appropriate ambience. The house is situated on a 2,000 m², very green garden plot. In the outdoor area is the spacious and elaborately designed pool area, which is surrounded by a light-coloured sandstone terrace. In addition to the practical outdoor shower, there is also a Jacuzzi with hydrojet - relaxation guaranteed! There is also a heated second jacuzzi, which can be used from November to March. After bathing, you can chill out with a drink on the canopy-covered area or relax or read on the comfortable loungers. There is also an open-air music system so that you can enjoy your favourite music while you relax. The finca is equipped with fast Wi-Fi internet, so you can surf the web and send emails on the terrace with your iPad or laptop. There is also a so-called "top deck": Here you will find a few seats, but also - for the sporty, active holidaymaker - two fitness bikes. There are also two bicycles available for anyone who would like to explore the surrounding area "on pedals". The sauna is located below the top deck and complements the wellness programme perfectly.

From the perfectly designed outdoor area, the path leads into the house via a large sliding glass door. In front of it is a covered terrace with a dining area that can also seat four people and is a lovely extension of the living room. Right next door is also the fixed barbecue area for evening barbecues in the open air. Inside the house, you first enter the living and dining area. The dining area consists of a glass table and beautiful designer chairs. The open white kitchenette with an architecturally cool partition wall has all the technical appliances you need to make your holiday even more relaxing: Microwave, hob, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee and Nespresso machine, washing machine and dishwasher. The design of the entire interior is modern and trendy. The beige-coloured wall in the living area creates a wonderful atmosphere, especially in combination with the visible wooden beams on the ceiling. The bathroom is stylishly separated from the bedroom by a three-quarter height wall.

For excursions and shopping, you can quickly drive to Sa Pobla. The Museum of Contemporary Art is also located there. Nearby Pollenca also has numerous sights that bear witness to Mallorcan history. The beautiful sandy beaches of the north are less than 10 kilometres away and invite you to spend long days by the sea. And if you want to do some "real" shopping, head to the capital Palma and visit the popular old town with its beautiful shops.
