Location: full marks. Facilities: excellent. Holiday feeling: perfect! After a long day at the beach, you can return to Villa Manrique for a wonderful end to the day. The first cocktail on one of the comfortable loungers, outdoor cooking at sunset - who can boast such a cosy outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue, fridge, sink and more at home? The charming pool area invites you to laze around and cool off. If you take a dip here, you will not only be watched by your fellow travellers, but also by a stone statue at the edge of the pool. There are seating areas in the open air, directly in the sun or on the covered terrace with polyrattan lounge furniture, a few steps up. A high fence blends harmoniously into the picture and, together with the neighbouring trees, creates a pleasant feeling of privacy. A fountain, Mediterranean plants, you will always discover beautiful corners. And what's more, the pleasantly fresh scent of lemons wafts into your nose...

Inside, a special interior design awaits you, characterised by rustic, almost antique furniture and coordinated colours. The shiny floor immediately catches the eye and its black and white tiles are reminiscent of a giant chessboard. It reappears in all rooms of the villa. What else? Exposed wooden beams, matching picture frames with maritime paintings, stucco and imposing chandeliers that are definitely a feast for the eyes. You will quickly find your favourite spot in the combined living/dining room with comfortable sofa and large table. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with various appliances and an additional TV for breakfast. The many wooden cupboards and the XXL fridge guarantee plenty of storage space for all kinds of shopping. Manrique has four double bedrooms (two with single beds, three with double beds) and three bathrooms (one outdoor bathroom), offering plenty of space for larger groups.

To say it straight away: the location of this house could hardly be better. Situated close to Cala Ratjada, you can reach various leisure activities, restaurants and nightclubs on foot and still enjoy the benefits of a quiet suburb. Not to mention the sea, which you can almost breathe in from here! The villa has direct access to the road. This means that the traffic noise is audible, but it is generally very quiet in the green Sa Pedruscada. A walk to the beautiful Cala Moll bay takes about 15 minutes and the weekly market in Cala Ratjada is certainly a worthwhile excursion destination. If you visit one of the nearby charming towns such as Capdepera or Artà, you will get a good impression of the beautiful, diverse east coast. Villa Manrique is located close to the beach in the east of Mallorca, in the quiet suburb of Sa Pedruscada, just outside Cala Ratjada. Due to its central location, supermarkets, pharmacies and good restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. A great extra: the marvellous Cala Moll bay with its beautiful promenade is just a 15-minute walk away. The traditional, picturesque towns of Capdepera and Artà are also within easy reach. A visit is definitely worthwhile!
