Centrally located in the center of Wesenberg, the apartment for two people is located on the second floor of a residential and commercial building (hairdressing salon on the first floor). Shopping facilities, restaurants, train station, market square and Wesenberg Castle are within walking distance, beautiful bathing spots at the Weißensee or Woblitzsee can be reached by bike in about 5 minutes. Directly opposite there is a small movie theater that is still in operation. The approx. 30 sqm non-smoking apartment with separate entrance (shared hallway with the other residents) has insect screens on the windows and is centrally heated. It is tastefully furnished with a combined living room and bedroom (sofa bed, flat screen TV, optically separated sleeping area with double bed ? ATTENTION: narrow access to the bed!), a separate kitchen (electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment). Option, microwave with grill, pad coffee machine, kettle, fold-out dining table), a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and a small hallway. Free WLAN as well as bicycle storage and recreational facilities are also available on the approx. 800 m² courtyard property. Public parking spaces are available in the surrounding area (approx. 100 ? 500 m), for loading and unloading you can do this for a short time. The total price includes final cleaning, electricity, water costs, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Wesenberg is a recognized resort directly on Lake Woblitz, part of the popular "Upper Havel Waterway" in the middle of the Mecklenburg Small Lake District nature experience region. The town is characterized by countless lakes connected by small canals ? a popular vacation destination for all water sports enthusiasts. As the south-eastern gateway to the Müritz National Park, the region is also an ideal starting point for extensive tours by bike or on foot. The town's landmark is the castle built in the 13th century with the so-called Fangelturm tower, which now houses the tourist information office. Right in Wesenberg you will find shops, restaurants, an outdoor pool, boat trips, canoe, boat and bicycle rental stations and even a small cinema. The famous residential town of Neustrelitz and the small town of Mirow with its castle ensemble are both around 10 km away.
