The approximately 70 square meter vacation apartment is located separately on the upper floor of a detached residential outbuilding on the owner's approximately 1100 square meter residential property. The apartment is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed, dining table, flat screen TV, radio), an open kitchen area with a complete kitchenette (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dining table, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, single bed) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The apartment has a large covered terrace/balcony, which is accessible via the kitchen. Also available for use: WLAN (free of charge), seating area in the green area on the property, barbecue and campfire area, storage room for bicycles, sun loungers, carport. Already included in the total price: Bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption, final cleaning.

The small village of Peenehagen is situated in rural surroundings, far away from busy roads, hectic and noise - the ideal place for a perfect relaxing vacation. The nearest bathing area is not far away at Lake Torgelow (approx. 1.5 km away) and at Lake Tiefwarensee (approx. 7 km away). The region around Carlsruh is very rich in forests and lakes and is an ideal recreation area for nature lovers seeking peace and quiet. The region is just as popular with hikers and cyclists as it is with horse riders. The spa town of Waren (Müritz) is around 10 km away.Waren (Müritz) is the tourist center of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbor with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants, as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery center with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, surfing and sailing schools and many shopping facilities.
