Casa Mondo is a newly built detached house located on the edge of small place Zbandaj approximately 8 kilometres from Porec.
The house was built in 2014 with modern materials and with superior thermal and acoustic isolation (low energy house). The house has an enclosed garden of 600 sqm with a maintained lawn and boasts outdoor facilities such as a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, built in barbecue and dining and seating area, swimming pool of 34 sqm with waterfall, parking for two cars.
The holiday house has a total living area of 100 sqm situated over two floors. It consists of an air conditioned ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed for two, terrace, shower/toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and one shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
