This charming family villa is located in a small village near Porec. The chic Villa Roza has three bedrooms and a beautiful garden with a private pool. It is the perfect dream villa for the relaxing vacation you are looking for. The beautiful garden features olive trees, which are an authentic symbol of Istria. As soon as you enter Villa Roza, you will find yourself on the open-plan first floor, which consists of a bright and elegant dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
From the living room you can step out onto the wonderful terrace with private pool. If you go up to the second floor, you will find three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and one has a single bed. One of the bedrooms has its own balcony with a fantastic panoramic view of the sea. A perfect sight to start your day. Villa Roza has two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower.
Villa Roza might tempt you to stay there longer than planned. An ideal place to enjoy the sun, read a good book and relax completely. Zbandaj is a quiet village just 6 km from Porec, the most famous tourist town in Istria. Stores and restaurants can be found within 500 meters of the villa. The beaches are 7 km from Zbandaj and you are spoiled for choice in the Porec region. Porec tourism is more than sea, sun and tourism. Tourists experience a city that preserves its historical heritage. You will find museums, galleries and many valuable palaces. The beautiful city center is located on a small peninsula surrounded by the sea. Its foundations were laid during the Roman Empire.
