Villa Oliva 2 is located in the town of Umag, in the western part of the Istrian peninsula. The modern design and location of this beautiful vacation villa leave little to be desired. The sea with beautiful beaches is only 150 meters away. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8+2 people and has four bedrooms. On the light-filled and spacious first floor, you will find a modern, luxurious living area and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, from which large sliding doors lead to the private pool and outdoor dining area. On the two upper floors you will find 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, evenly distributed. If you want some entertainment, head down to the basement where a pool table, table soccer and darts await you. The villa is semi-detached but offers complete privacy thanks to the high fence. The two villas can also be rented together. Next to the villa is a lawn with a children's playground and a large parking lot, both of which are shared with Villa Oliva 1.

The coastal town of Umag offers a wide range of leisure activities and tourist amenities, as well as a small harbor. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in the charming cobbled streets of the town. The enchanting hinterland with its picturesque medieval towns is easily accessible thanks to the good road connections. Today Umag is especially known for sports: every July the ATP Croatia Open takes place here, with many big names from the men's tennis world. Close to the town is the award-winning Istralandia water park - ideal for a day of fun for the whole family.
