Zamárdi. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einem 750 qm großen, geschlossenen Gartengrundstück mit Wiese, Blumen und Bäumen, von einem Zaun begrenzt. Der Vermieter wohnt nicht im Haus oder auf dem Grundstück.Fliegengitter an allen Fenster. Das Objekt ist für Jugendgruppen nicht geeignet.Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine Nebenstraße (asphaltiert). Parkplatz (für 2 Pkws) auf dem Grundstück.

Der Eingang in Ihr Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ist überdacht und führt über eine Außentreppe und die 14 qm große Terrasse. Wohnzimmer (20 qm, Durchgangszimmer) mit TV. Schlafzimmer (12 qm) mit 2 Etagenbetten. Schlafzimmer (22 qm) mit 3 Etagenbetten. Küche (25 qm) mit Essecke (12 Plätze), Gasherd (4 Flammen), Elektroherd (Cerankochfeld, 4 Platten), Backofen, Dunstabzugshaube, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank (Eisfach), Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Bad. Bad mit 2 Duschen, 2 Waschbecken und Fenster. 2 separate WC jeweils mit WC.

    “De accommodatie viel tegen, wij waren niet op de hoogte dat we een gedeelde keuken en huisje hadden. De uitleg was minimaal, m.a.w. je zoekt het je maar uit en ze was snel verdwenen.
    In het begin vertelde ze dat het andere deel niet verhuurd was, enkele minuten daarna was het in een keer, misschien komen er bewoners op Vrijdag, een gezin met 2 kleine kinderen (wij kwamen aan op Maandag) en in een keer op Donderdag, kwam er een gezin met 4 kinderen (ook voor hun viel het tegen en kregen ook GEEN uitleg), Dit gezin verbleef 2 nachten. Na op Zondag te zijn weggeweest, stonden er plotseling 2 auto's in de tuin, wat bleek, er waren 2 gezinnen met 4 kinderen aangekomen.
    Wij hadden de eerste paar dagen al geen privacy, omdat de verhuurster dagelijks langs kwam, wij hadden de indruk dat ze ons niet vertrouwde.
    Ook de keuken apparatuur was niet compleet, zoals vermeld op de website. We miste het koffiezet apparaat en de waterkoker, verder was alles een beetje bij elkaar gezocht.
    Ze bood ons ook een alternatief aan, een ander huisje, maar wij moesten dan 200 euro per dag bijbetalen. Ook hier wilde weer misbruik van ons maken. Al met al het viel gewoon ontzettend tegen.”
