Das Einfamilienhaus mit Einliegerwohnung liegt ruhig an einem Waldrand und hat eine sonnige Terrasse. Der eigene Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück. Der Bäcker und Metzger im Dorf sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Aldi, Lidl. Rewe und Edeka sind nach ca. 2-3 km in Stockach erreichbar, sowie ein Bahnhof. Bis zum Bodensee sind es ca. 10 km. Ein schönes Freibad gibt es in Stockach. Badeseen gibt es in der Näheren Umgebung, sowie die Freibäder am Bodensee. Im Wald oberhalb des Hauses befinden sich die Heidenhöhlen, welche zu einem Spaziergang einladen.
