Welcome to Ciudad Quesada, on the sunny Costa Blanca of Spain! Come and enjoy the sun; you can relax, swim in the warm water or, perhaps enjoy a round of golf, if you prefer!

Urbanization of Doña Pepa, Ciudad Quesada, is in close proximity to Rojales and Torrevieja, and is only about 40 minutes from either Alicante or Murcia Airports.



The holiday accommodation is a modern bungalow, with two bedrooms. The main bedroom is a double bedroom with air conditioning system and en-suite-shower, toilet & bidet. The second bedroom has two single beds; also with air-conditioning, a separate toilet/shower room. A cot for a baby can be arranged on request (at no extra charge). The lounge/dining room has a Satellite Television, English/German and some Spanish channels are available, and a DVD/CD player is also included. There is a full six place dinner setting, complete with cutlery, and glassware - we would ask you to watch children using the glasses as the floor is, of course, tiled. The kitchen is complete with baking-oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, coffee percolator and electric toaster. All pots and pans, plus kitchen utensils are provided. There is an outdoor utility room, which contains electric water heater, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.



Outside you find paved gardens at the front and rear of the Bungalow. The front garden has a furnished Veranda, while stairs lead from the back to the private roof solarium. In the proximity of the Bungalow and within the complex can be found separate Adult and Children's swimming pools.



Throughout the property, all doors and windows are fitted with mosquito-screens, so that you can open the windows without fear of being bitten by mosquitoes, when they are around. Energy costs and water costs are contained within a stay of up to 3 weeks in the price. Keyholder fee late arrival 40 Euros, please take notice: Office Open: Mon To Fri 09:00 To 17:00. "Out of hours" rate applies to all key collections falling outside these hours and includes national and public holidays. No key collection after 22:00 possible and there are no exceptions to the rule. You will be 10-15 minutes away from Guardamar Beach, which is a beautiful 21 kilometre long, sandy, Blue flag Beach, with relaxing body massages on offer. The water sport provides a tremendous choice. There are plenty of amenities; and all within reasonable walking distance (I mean from 200 yards)! There is a Bank, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Internet Cafe, Language School, Pharmacy, a Post Office - to name but a few. This part of Spain offers Great Fun for the whole family! You will find all of the things that they like to do, in abundance. If you prefer to go into Ciudad Quesada only a 15 minute walk; you will find a Water Park; Golf Course; and naturally many marvelous restaurants and bars. Or, you can go to horse riding; or go-karting. There is also Terra Mitica Theme Park, for the children, and also for the adults! This is a marvelous place to visit on holiday!

    “La maison est assez grande (2 bonnes chambres et 2 bonnes salles de bain). La piscine et les espaces sont très bien entretenus. De plus, la piscine est relativement grande (avec un espace enfant), et assez peu fréquentée ce qui permet de bien en profiter. Grand solarium pratique pour faire sécher le linge, bonne terrasse devant. Cependant certains ustensiles comme la bouilloire et le grille-pain n'étaient pas très propres.”

    “Gute und ruhige Lage, Supermarkt und Apotheke in Laufnähe. Schöne, gepflegte Anlage mit Pool, Ferienhaus sauber, praktisch eingerichtet, alles da, kinderfreundlich, schöne Terrassen, netter unkomplizierter Kontakt zu den Vermietern.”

    “Das Haus war etwas schwer zu finden, aber wenn man weiß wo es ist, kann der Urlaub losgehen. Das Haus war geputzt und Sauber. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gepasst. Es ist für ein Familien Urlaub Top. Der Pool ist echt Toll und groß. Etwas abgelegen vom Ramba Zamba, daher eher für Familien geeignet. Es ist aber alles schnell erreichbar, von Lebensmitteln ca. 5 min bis Strand 15min. In nähere Umgebung sind sehr viele Restaurants und eine Tankstelle.”

    “Die grundsätzliche Lage des Ferienhaus ist nur was für einen ruhigen Urlaub, wenn man was erleben möchte sollte man einen anderen Ort auswählen. Haus an sich war vom Zustand und Sauberkeit absolut in Ordnung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Irgendwie hat man alles was man braucht in direkter Nähe. Der Lebensmittelmarkt in direkter Nähe ist insbesondere für Baguettes nicht zu empfehlen. Wir haben unser Frühstück dann immer bei LIDL/Consum eingekauft ca. 1,5 km entfernt.”
