I am compact but have everything to offer what your heart desires! Cozy living / dining room with a modern kitchen. In my living room is a cozy sofa with many pillows, blankets and comfortable lounge furniture.
On the wall I have a large 55-inch TV with Bluetooth 2.1 Dolby sound system and of course there is a wireless internet connection. You can also connect your MP3 player with the sound system and charge the phones/tablets.
In the kitchen you will find induction-plate, oven, refrigerator and of course a dishwasher. Furthermore there is a Nespresso and of course a filter coffee machine. My friendly bathroom / WC is equipped with shower, bidet and toilet.
The spacious dining table is extendable - so that the children can also find space for painting, etc.
Directly from the living room leads to the spacious terrace and is right in the middle of nature.
I have two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200) in boxspring. In the second room there are two single beds - these are also extendable and usable as double beds.
The entire apartment is equipped with a cozy wooden floor and electric heating.
On the ground floor of the house there is a ski room - here you can dry your shoes on a shoe warmer and store your skis.

The following cancellation conditions are agreed:
- from 14 days before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price;
- from 3 days before the day of arrival or in case of early departure 100% of the total package price
Non smoking - The entire apartment complex is a non-smoking area. Our guests can use the ashtray on the terrace or the balconies. Pets are not allowed.
The final cleaning of the apartment in any case, regardless of the duration of the stay in the agreed amount.
On the day of departure the apartments must be vacated at least by 10.00 o'clock .
