Spacious and generous
I'm just perfect for a large family or two friendly families! I have two levels. In the first level I have my living / dining room and a modern kitchen with full equipment.

The dining table with 8 chairs is extendable and offers enough space for everyone.

In a cozy corner is the pull-out sofa and lounge furniture to let the evening end comfortably. Here's my big 55-inch TV with Bluetooth 2.1 Dolby-Sound-System. Also, you can connect your MP3 player with the sound system and charge the phones and of course WIFI.

If you want some "fresh air", you can go directly from the living area to the spacious balcony. There you have a wonderful view towards Brunnachalm and the quiet surroundings.

In the kitchen there is induction, dishwasher, oven and fridge as well as a Nespresso and filter coffee machine.

In the first level is also a bedroom with double bed (180x200) in boxspring and a pull-out single bed. Ideal for parents with a child. Next to this bedroom is a friendly bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. In the second level there is another bedroom. Here is also a double bed (180x200) in boxspring and a pull-out single bed or double bed. Opposite one has a private bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet.

The entire apartment is equipped with a cozy wooden floor and electric heating.

On the ground floor of the house there is a ski room - here you can dry your shoes on a shoe warmer and store your skis, you can have your ski suits dried in your own storage room in the apartment.

The following cancellation conditions are agreed:

  - from 14 days before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price;
  - from 3 days before the day of arrival or in case of early departure 100% of the total package price

Non smoking - The entire apartment complex is a non-smoking area. Our guests can use the ashtray on the terrace or the balconies. Pets are not allowed.

The final cleaning of the apartment in any case, regardless of the duration of the stay in the agreed amount.

On the day of departure the apartments must be vacated at least by 10.00 o'clock .
