Antica Villa del Conte is an exclusive location located within the natural park of the Palude del Conte just 200 meters from the splendid crystal clear waters of the Punta Prosciutto Bay, the pride of Salento.

The structure is an example of the rural architectural tradition typical of Salento, with large rooms covered with star vaults, tuff masonry and white lime plaster. The villa offers 2500 square meters of private park, embellished with dry stone walls and vegetation typical of the Mediterranean scrub.

The Villa offers two large independent apartments with sea view:

Amaranth and Turquoise_ the present price refers to the booking of each of the apartments and not of the entire structure. Bookings can be confirmed for the Amaranto or Turchese apartment according to availability.

The Amaranto apartment located on the ground floor (120sqm), offers three large double bedrooms, large living area with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen for 8 guests, two complete bathrooms with shower embellished with Moroccan tadelakt finishing.

The ground floor apartment also has a large outdoor porch facing the sea, for the exclusive use of the park, equipped with a large table and chairs where you can eat with friends or spend relaxing moments. There is also an external shower and a laundry corner with sink and clothesline; A Weber barbecue is also available for our guests.

The Turchese apartment (110sqm), located on the upper floor, offers two large double bedrooms, a living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen for 6 guests, two complete bathrooms with shower. All the rooms are paved with splendid hand-painted Vietri ceramics.

Turchese enjoys exclusive access to the panoramic terrace of the villa, equipped with kitchenette with supplied weber grill and induction hobs, porch with table and chairs, solarium sofa and outdoor shower. The Turquoise terrace opens entirely on the bay of Porto Cesareo dominating it with the view with a constant relationship between the nature of the Mediterranean scrub of the natural park and the sea; you can enjoy a magnificent uncontaminated view from Gallipoli to Campomarino, in full relaxation, having dinner freely while waiting for the spectacle of the sunset over the sea.

The apartment also has a large outdoor area facing the sea, for exclusive use within the park, equipped with a sofa and a relaxation corner as well as a corner with sink and shower from which you can access the pedestrian path of the natural park for access to the beaches.
Each apartment is equipped with mosquito nets, alarm system, hairdryer, large refrigerator oven and air conditioning system (air conditioners for Amaranth, fans for each room for Turquoise). At our guests' disposal there are also umbrellas and a deck chair for each apartment, to be used during the day on the beach. Antica villa del conte has a wifi line at the complete disposal of guests and private internal and independent parking for each guest.

The sea is only 200 meters from the apartments and can be reached through a path through the Mediterranean scrub in a few minutes. The nearest beach (300m) is free and not very busy even during peak periods. For those who need an equipped beach, the nearby Torre Lapillo is less than 1km from the property and offers various bathing solutions according to different needs.

The suggestive Antica Villa del Conte location is unique along the whole coast of the upper Salento. Immersed in the park of the Palude del Conte, surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub and just 200m from the sea, it is the ideal place for a holiday of relaxation and comfort. The nearby Torre Lapillo offers numerous services that can also be reached on foot or by bike in less than 10 minutes through the scenic waterfront path that crosses the entire park of the Palude del Conte. The small beach set between the cliffs is a reserved and uncrowded place just a few minutes from the Villa. If you would like to enjoy the long beaches, also equipped with facilities, the nearby Torre Lapillo offers various solutions more suitable for families.
