Welcome to our house. The detached from the holiday village cottage in the small, typical Bavarian village Zandt has about 70 square meters of living space, consisting of 2 separate bedrooms each with toilet and sink upstairs. On the ground floor there is another toilet with shower (renovated in January 2014) and the living area, with TV (Full HD flat LCD 40 "with digital satellite reception, and Wi-Fi access), DVD, stereo, fireplace and a couch and more The room is newly fitted with a vinyl floor in 2016. In addition to the living area is the fitted kitchen, which is equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, etc. It is ideal for self-catering.A bakery service (bread service on Wednesdays to Saturdays) and firewood delivery service is offered in the resort.A good home cooking offers in the hotel the hotel "Zum Bräu" and the inn "Zur Post"; There is also a pizzeria in Zandt. Breakfast can be booked in the hotel "Zum Bräu". In the hotel "Zum Bräu" it is possible to use the indoor pool, steam bath, sauna and / or sunbed for a small fee. The resort is located on the outskirts of Zandt surrounded by meadows, fields and forests in the natural park "Upper Bavarian Forest". In the vicinity there are nature and leisure parks, fishing, canoe and boat rentals and swimming lakes. Other leisure activities such as horse riding, cycling, hiking, mountaineering, inline skating, skiing and snowboarding in the ski resorts "Sankt Englmar" and the "Arber region", as well as tennis and golf are possible. With the VLC guest card, which you can get on request from the property manager on site, a free use of bus and train in the district of Cham is possible. The card also offers many discounts at many leisure facilities. In the village itself you will find: grocery store, butcher, bakery, restaurants and cafe, doctor, dentist, massage practice and hairdresser. Zandt is not far from the Czech border. Day trips to Prague, Pilsen, Karlovy Vary with Marienbad as well as to Passau, Regensburg, Munich, Nuremberg etc. are possible. Pets are welcome in our house (but not more than two animals). The property is fenced. Arrival from 14.00 o'clock; Departure until 9.30 am, or by appointment with the property managers. Energy and garbage costs are included in the rental price. It is expressly pointed out that the property of the guests in the existing home contents insurance is NOT insured.
