Holiday House in Costa del Sol with Private Pool and Fantastic Views

HEATED SWIMMING POOL AVAILABLE! Beautiful villa with fantastic views. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with fantastic views, kitchen, private swimming pool and many terraces also with wonderful views. The house is 15 minutes by car to the beach and 10 minutes to the beautiful village of Comares where there are bars, shops and restaurants. The house is very well furnished and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. There is an outside BBQ. Large pool area which can be heated in the winter months and the garden is well fenced so is safe for children. The village of Comares is one of the prettiest in the Axarquia. The village has shops, bars, restaurants and a village swimming pool. You can enjoy horse riding, walking or just relaxing. There are many local fiestas with much flamenco dancing and colourful costumes. It is very traditional. From here you can visit Granada, Seville, Cordoba or Ronda. There is a cost for heating the swimming pool. You must request this, it is not automatic! The heated swimming pool is available from April 1 to November 15. Without doubt the Costa del Sol is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. From Almeria to Tarifa, it caters for all tastes, ages and nationalities; with such a wide range of facilities and attractions, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Pets can be allowed but only after consultation and there is an extra cost to be paid.All our villa’s are situated in wonderful natural environment and quiet village areas. Therefore these houses are ideal for holidays for families and groups who are looking for these characteristics and appreciate them. So please note that the villas are not suitable and available for noisy party holidays.Please note that the minimum age of the person making the reservation must be 25 years.

Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) and pellets for the pellets stove.
It is possible to rent the villa monthly from January to March.

Air conditioning costs: a package per week is included in your stay, after which you pay for what you use.
The air-conditioned swimming pool is open from 1 April to 15 November.
There is an outside BBQ. Large pool area which can be heated in the winter months and the garden is well fenced so is safe for children.

The house is 15 minutes by car to the beach and 10 minutes to the beautiful village of Comares where there are bars, shops and restaurants. The house is very well furnished and has everything you need for a perfect holiday.
East of Malaga is less developed than the west,and more interesting. From Rincon de la Victoria, Torre del Mar and Velez Malaga, to Nerja; the area combines beautiful coastline, with White villages and some of the most spectacular inland scenery of the Axarquía.

    “Prachtig, mooi en ruim vakantiehuis in rustige omgeving. Schoon en goed onderhouden. Vijf slaapkamers, drie badkamers, grote keuken met vaatwasser en wasmachine, ideaal voor een groot gezin. Heerlijk zwembad met terras en ligbedden met veel ruimte om het huis, met buiten-keuken met bbq.”

    “Udmærket bolig.
    Gæstesenge i dårlig stand, men vi lagde madrasserne på gulvet og det virkede fint.
    Masser af solsenge ved poolen, som iøvrigt også var rigtig god.
    Der manglede gode gryder og pander til madlavning til 14 mennesker. Emhætten virkede ikke.
    Jordvejen det sidste stykke op til huset kunne godt trænge til noget udjævning. Man skal passe på sin (måske endda lejede) bil og køre meget forsigtigt, medmindre man har en landrover
    Senge, værelser (der manglede nogen hylder i de flotte skabe), badeværelser linned pakke m.m. var helt fint.
    Superlækker terrasse hvor alle måltider blev indtaget. Ville dog have været glad for stole med bedre siddekomfort da vi brugte dem meget, men de var i god stand.
    Udsigten til bjergene var fantastisk.
    Alt i alt et udmærket hus til prisen”
