This property named " KIMONA VILLA " is a brand new property located 5 meters from the sea front in the centre of island of Crete. The space The Villa Kouvohori is located 5 meters from the sea. It is built on a plot of 15,000 m2 containing all kinds of vegetation such as palm trees, olive trees, wild spinach and many well-known herbs. It is also a great place for those seeking a quiet vacation spot, but want to be not too far from the cosmopolitan Hersonissos and the famous Heraklion with the Archaeological, history and Natural history Museum of Crete along with the 4000 bc dated ancient palace of Knossos.
There is a lot of space for children to play, and also for the adults who want to enjoy the sound of the sea in the evening and the beautiful sunsets. The house has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, all of them with sea view having a private bathroom with shower 2 levels building having a Private pool on the ground floor and an outdoor 20 turbo jets 4 persons relaxing Jacuzzi in a spacious veranda. In total there is space for up to 21 people. 17 persons in bedrooms and 4 people can sleep in the living room on large comfortable sofas The living area is furthermore a fireplace which allows the use of the villa in winter in addition with the A/C heating cooling system. The spacious living room gives you a fantastic view of the Mediterranean sea and the private swimming pool There are two kitchens, one in each floor ,with all usual appliances, fully equipped with everything a household would require. At the entrance to the villa there is a wood-fired BBQ so you can enjoy with friends or family them balmy evenings.
The Villa is right at the sea front .!! In a walking distance you can find super markets , restaurants, tavernas sandy beaches and water sports. Bus station 900 meters, Car rentals and excursions can be arranged on the spot along with private chef, wine tasting and more! Sailing Boats Charters ( with skippers), Tavernas, Mountain bikes, Water sports, tennis courts are all in walking distance! Heraklion airport is just 10 kms away and Cosmopolitan Hersonissos and its amenities 14 kms The ideal place for families or friends gathering who would like to spend a nice relaxing quality holiday !
