Modern studio apartment in a central location, close to Sevilla's Macarena Church

This bright and airy studio apartment is in a great location, with easy access to the historical center of Sevilla. Despite its central location it is in a quiet area: the Andalusia Parliament is only approximately 300 meters away, Macarena church 350 meters. There is a supermarket approximately 50 meters away, several good restaurants within walking distance. The centre of Sevilla (Alcazar, Cathedral area) is about 10minutes away by bus, or approximately 25 minutes walking. Alameda de hercules is approximately a 10 minute walk away, several famous areas are within a 15/20minute walking distance.

The studio is on the top floor of the modern apartment building with elevator. It has air conditioning, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom with a shower.

New and high level building in front of Sevilla Muralla, nice big patio in front of the floor, lot of light.
