The farmhouse is located on a small hill along the Tiber valley in central Italy. Immersed in a vast agricultural valley planted with vines, olives, wheat and rich pastures. In a couple of hours drive takes you to Rome, Florence and the Adriatic Sea. Surrounded by greenery, The Hill of Olives is ideal to relax and visit the cities of Umbria: Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto, Spello, Todi...

When you arrive you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property perfect for a peaceful holiday in Umbria. For your pleasure you will find a pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of sightseeing. A lot of people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday rental where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters with bedroom and bathroom.

La Collina degli Ulivi, COTONEASTER is a flat consisting of a dining room with kitchenette and sofa, fireplace, bathroom and 2 double bedroom for a total of 4 +1 beds. One double bedroom can be accessed via a steep staircase to a small, low loft with an additional single bed.
A typical restored farmhouse from the end of the 19th century nestling on a hillside. It consists of 4 flats for holiday rentals. Meals are not provided, but the use of the kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils is available. Flat COTONEASTER equipment: bed linen (first set), bathroom (first set), and hairdryer provided. The property offers a lovely shared wooden swimming pool and free parking. (Fridge- Sitting area- Toilet- Bathroom- Heating- Flat screen TV- Free Wifi.
