This traditional-style Kellerstöckl is a real gem: formerly built as a farm building, it has been carefully restored and adapted to the needs of its new residents. The rustic but as-new furnishings with many wooden elements create a cosy, dignified atmosphere. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, another can be reached via a rather steep staircase and is located on the first floor. There are two more bedrooms in the living area, so there is room for up to six people in this Kellerstöckl. Get fresh ingredients from the region and prepare them in the modern solid wood kitchen or on the barbecue in the garden! The pergola in front of the house invites you to linger: pour yourself a glass of Uhudler and enjoy the unobstructed view of the hilly landscape of southern Burgenland. On cooler days, you can make yourself comfortable in the cosy seating area in the living area and listen to the crackling of the open fire. A special extra for dog lovers: In this house you can bring up to two pets at no extra charge, so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday with your four-legged friends.
This exclusive Kellerstöckl is the ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding area: It is located directly on the well-developed cycle path network and offers enough space to store your bikes after a successful tour. Passionate hikers can choose from numerous well-signposted paths through the idyllic wine nature park. Those seeking their fortune on horseback will be delighted by the nearby riding centre. Other excursion destinations include Güssing Castle or the Südburgenland water adventure world, where young and old can let off steam in the cool water.

    “Il a été superbement refait. Dans le style régional de surcroît. Les boiseries tant extérieures qu'intérieures sont... superbes, chaleureuses,... Beaucoup d'imagination dans la décoration: éclairages, tissus, la table basse,... La literie et l'ameublement sont de grande qualité. Seul petit bémol à mon sens: l'exiguïté de la douche.”
