This modern holiday house with pool, only 250m from the beach, is located in Premantura, near the Nature park Cape Kamenjak. The house is very comfortable designed with lots of light and terraces, which gives the impression of spaciousness and freedom. The highlight is certainly the roof terrace, reached by spiral stairs from the 1. Floor, from where you can enjoy the view on the surrounding and the sea. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Nearby you will find numerous hiking and biking trails. The center of Premantura alone offers a variety of culinary delights. We highly recommend a visit to towns like Pula, Rovinj and Porec, as well as the picturesque inland of the Istrian peninsula. Due to the peaceful neighborhood, the property is not suited for groups of young people or parties.
