The cottage has a covered terrace at the main entrance, where you can eat outside in any weather. On the property there is plenty of space for the children to play outside.

A short walk will take you to a varied and exciting hiking area. On the forest walks you can find both mushrooms and berries when it is season for them. There are also many good opportunities for summit walks in this area. In the center of Sjusjøen you can walk around Sjusjøvannet, followed by a steaming hot cup of cocoa in one of the restaurants. In the center of Sjusjøen you will also find stores and restaurants. On colder days, you can warm up afterwards in the house's sauna.

For slightly longer trips, it is only half an hour's drive to Lillehammer, with many cultural experiences and shopping opportunities. A visit to Hunderfossen Family Park or Lilleputthammer offers unforgettable experiences.

This cottage is perfect for an active and fun vacation with activities like nice walks and trips to the family parks around Lillehammer.
