Comfortable cottage in Tuscan style, with park-like garden and exclusive pool area, located about 3km from Monte San Savino. This former farmhouse, set on a hillside overlooking the Chiana valley, has been tastefully decorated. On the ground floor a large open living room, divided only by arches, forms the cosy centre of the house. The kitchen has its own terrace with barbecue and panoramic views across the green Chiana valley. More terraces surround the house, both on the ground floor and on the 1st floor, where the bedrooms are located. A little below the house is the large pool with sun terraces and a covered terrace. The nearby town of Monte San Savino you will find everything for your daily needs. The plot is completely fenced.

    Tradycyjna willa Toskańska zachowana w idealnym stanie. Miejsce o cudownym charaktrze. Geneza domu sięga XIII w. Zadbany ogród i basen. Mnóstwo przestrzeni zarówno w ogrodzie jak i w samym domu. Posiadłość położona na wzgórzu u którego stóp leży malownicze miasteczko Monte San Savino, co gwarantuje wspaniałe widoki i nipowtarzalny klimat tego cudownego miejsca.”
