In Casentino, just 7 km from Poppi and Bibbiena, this former farmhouse is located in a quiet side valley. On the ground floor large kitchen-living room with fireplace; on the 1st floor the bedrooms with second bathroom. On the spacious, well-maintained property there is everything your heart desires: a romantic terrace with barbecue, a pizza oven, space for ball games and cricket, a sunny lawn and a natural watercourse with small bathing bays; only two hundred meters away there is also a natural bathing area with waterfall - an exciting bathing experience that will be remembered especially by children. The property is surrounded by the vast virgin forests of the Casentino National Park, which invite you to go hiking. At 8 km you can reach the monastery of Camaldoli at an altitude of over 1000 m - an ideal destination for hot summer days; but there are also the picturesque castles and small towns of the Casentino to discover. Florence and Arezzo can be reached within an hour's drive (50-60 km). Nearest village with stores is Soci (3 km) - The property is adjacent to that of ITA105.
