We invite you in our 63m² large Non smoking apartment facing south a. It was in 2016 renovated. Find three people and a small child place for relaxation! The apartment is located on a dead end right on the edge. It has a double bedroom, a living room with LED TV and Blu Ray player and a generous sofa with sleeping function (here could also find two children / lying area 1,30m x 2,00m place to sleep)). The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower, heated towel rails and hairdryers. In addition there is a large storage room, which is equipped with washer and dryer. This is also for bicycles available! The whole apartment is equipped with a central floor heating. In summer, the 16sqm large terrace invites you to cozy barbecues. Of course a barbecue, chairs and a table are included. The apartment has W-LAN to go. Pets are welcome on request, of course!
