Located at the gates of the historically and culturally very charming city of Avignon, this vacation home with its large and sunny barbecue terrace invites you to a successful family vacation in the beautiful department of Vaucluse. At your disposal is, among other things, a pool embedded in greenery. The interior design in Provençal style promises a very good comfort. During your excursions through Provence you should not forget Avignon (10 km). This fantastically beautiful city impresses with its high fortress and its broken bridge, which ends abruptly in the Rhone. Avignon also attracts visitors with its exceptional cultural heritage, most of which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, an annual theater festival, exciting cuisine, which of course includes delicious grape juices, the famous Rue des Teinturiers and several exciting museums. Fifteen minutes from the house, fun-filled hours await vacationers young and old at Splashworld, or the Monteux adventure pool. Perfectly situated between the Camargue and the Luberon with their popular nature parks, the Alpilles attract with magnificent places like Les Baux-de-Provence or Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, which also attracts many stars and starlets. Not far away, the fine sandy beaches on the Mediterranean invite you to swim and lounge. For vacationers interested in history, several great excursion destinations await in the area, such as the unique Pont du Gard, a Roman aqueduct, which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, or the dreamlike source of the Sorgue. Take a detour to L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, popularly known as the Venice of Provence, which boasts a multitude of outdoor cafés along its canals as well as plenty of flea market vendors and artisans. Take a look around Uzès, which makes a nice impression with lots of antique charm and is known for its farmer's market and its many artisans.
