This magnificent vacation home is located on a secured property in the heart of the Esterel Mountains and offers its guests a beautiful view of the sea and the Lérins Islands, in addition to the mountain massif. Relax by the on-site swimming pool or in the garden furniture on your inviting terraces. The interior is modern and gives a touch of exoticism. From the very bright living room on the first floor you have a magnificent panorama of the sea and the mountains through the large French doors. One of the showers has an integrated steam bath function. The villa is partially air-conditioned to make the hot summer a pleasant experience. A very welcoming vacation accommodation that promises a successful vacation in sunny Provence with its pool. Bedroom 5 is accessible through bedroom 4. The tennis court nearby can be used free of charge upon request. No rackets can be provided and a deposit of EUR 50 must be paid when the keys are handed over. To preserve the special tranquility of this place, it is not rented to groups under 30 years old.

    “Gute ruhige Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht. Der Erstzugang gestaltet sich allerdings etwas schwierig, da es sich um eine "gated community" handelt. Das Gelände des Anwesens ist etwas ungepflegt. Das Innere könnte die eine oder andere Renovierung vertragen. Speziell die Spülkästen sämtlicher Toiletten waren nicht in Ordnung. Die Haustür klemmt, wenn die Sonne darauf scheint (Nachmittags) und läßt sich von innen nur schwer öffnen. Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer funktionierte nicht und konnte vom Hausherrn auch nicht in Gang gesetzt werden. Das WLAN war ok. Über die Klimageräte kann ich nichts sagen.
