    “Het appartement is gedateerd en slechts gedeeltelijk gerenoveerd. Geen airco.
    Keuken is uiterst basic. Alleen de twee elektrische platen werken. Koelkast werkt, maar de vriesladen zijn kapot. De eigenaresse, een zeer vriendelijke oude dame die goed Duits spreekt, woont beneden.

    Eigenlijk zijn het alleen 4 slaapkamers, met een basic keuken en dringend aan renovatie toe zijnde badkamer ( vies bad met een douche zonder ophangpunt. Voor een grotere groep mensen is er vanwege de capaciteit van de boiler beperkt warm water.
    Eten en drinken dient buiten te gebeuren op de veranda. De tafel biedt genoeg ruimte. Probleem hier is dat deze niet beschut is en het nogal kan waaien.

    Het meest positieve aan het huisje is de ligging. Direct bij de ingang van Medulin, vlak bij de supermarkt en op een redelijke loopafstand van het centrum/strand.
