Welcome to the exceptional sea view villa Can Rosito, which we would now like to introduce to you! Pictures often say more than words, so we recommend that you take a look at the pictures our photographer has taken of this holiday home by the sea. It is less than 80 metres from the house to the sea and the clear panoramic view from the large terrace alone is a strong argument for booking straight away. What's more, the villa has excellent connections to the local infrastructure - where else can you stay in a place where you can walk down and enjoy the view of the sea at the same time? What else does this villa have to offer? Above all, terraces. Beautiful ones. Some with, some without sea views, you can decide which way you look and from which floor! Conveniently, meals are taken on the ground floor to allow shorter distances to the kitchen and, of course, to make the most of the built-in barbecue in the evening. The very private roof terrace brings you a little closer to the sky while you enjoy the loungers and parasol up here.

The wonderfully bright interior of the house is also delightful, skilfully combining typical Mallorcan interior design with very modern elements. The result is something to be proud of: Classic meets modern, Spanish floor tiles meet fashionable white style, vintage furniture meets clear, straight lines. Technical features such as a total of five flat-screen televisions with satellite connection and high-speed internet are just as much a part of the all-round carefree package of this home as the fully equipped kitchen. Chilling out inside is also a pleasure and you are spoilt for choice: do you prefer the stylish sofa on the ground floor, next to the dining area and the adjoining kitchen, where trendy holiday drinks are available in the large fridge? Or would you prefer to retreat to the upper floor, where a spacious additional living room with two seating areas and direct access to the roof terrace has even more qualities to offer? You can also enjoy a wonderful siesta in one of the bedrooms. Three completely differently designed rooms the master bedroom with chic en-suite bathroom offer the right style for every taste. Another bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms.

You should definitely enjoy relaxing days of swimming on the beautiful beaches along the south-east coast. The great variety of sights contributes to the attractiveness of the east coast. The municipality of Sa Coma, with only 1,100 inhabitants, is located around 4 kilometres from Sant Llorenç. In Artà and Manacor you will find several well-stocked supermarkets and a selection of good restaurants. If you want to get active, the golf course in Pula is very close by. You can also visit the small harbour town of Porto Cristo (5 km) either to spend a nice day at the beach or to stroll along the promenade in the evening and visit a bar or a good restaurant.

At Villa Can Rosito, you will spend your holiday directly by the sea on the southern edge of Sa Coma. With its unique location close to the beach and the town centre, this modern yet typically Mallorcan residence offers an ideal base for long walks and beach days, and many everyday errands can be done on foot. Thanks to this prime location with sea views, you can also enjoy easy access to larger towns such as Artà (21 km) or Manacor (17 km).
