Mallorca shows its very peaceful and idyllic side here. The area is not only characterised by its vastness, but also by its very individual charm. Natural stone surfaces and paths, inviting terraces, rustic trees and areas that are sometimes arranged like steps due to the slight incline characterise the picture and give it an incredibly romantic flair. If you feel like it, you can find a new favourite spot every day. A variety of seating options, some in sheltered niches or with airy covers and with a magnificent view right in front of you, invite you to linger outside for longer and enjoy the soothing atmosphere. When the weather is fine, the beautiful vantage points with panoramic views offer a great place to enjoy every meal outdoors and savour the luxury of space. A picturesque little path leads from the house to the pool, which is slightly lower and unrivalled in terms of panoramic quality. You can experience the royal panoramic view almost barrier-free, so it's best to focus your gaze on the distance and simply let yourself drift away. The stepped pool provides a gentle entrance and invites you to take a refreshing dip. You can relax to your heart's content under the Mediterranean sky on a total of eight pool loungers. Three parasols are available to protect you from excessive UV radiation. A barbecue is also a great experience, where you can spoil your palate and prepare regional culinary delicacies and enjoy them in the open air.

The interior of the villa welcomes its guests with a loving and lavish design. Selected furniture, materials and decorative pieces from all over the world conjure up a colourful, impressive ambience in which there is always something new to discover and marvel at. Light-coloured walls and a beautiful wooden beamed ceiling tastefully frame the interior. In the large living/dining room, which you enter through an imposing, high wooden door, the sofa area offers a great place to relax and enjoy a good TV film, as this is where the large flat-screen TV is located. On chilly evenings, the fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. The other side of the room offers an incredibly nice place to dine indoors. The spacious, traditionally furnished, brick-built kitchen has everything you need for everyday use. It even has space for an additional dining area.

The equipment includes a Nespresso machine and a kettle. A striking hallway with a wide staircase leads to the first floor of the house. Elegant and spacious bedrooms offer the right environment for a restful night's sleep for every taste. High-quality furniture contributes to the elegant atmosphere, as do carefully selected unique pieces that serve as sparingly placed decorations. A total of four beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 metres, one measuring 2.00 x 2.00 metres and one measuring 1.60 x 2.00 metres are available. The bathrooms are attractively designed and equipped with a shower or bath. Irons and hairdryers are available in the house, so you don't need to bring them with you.

In the attractive south-west of Mallorca, you can enjoy both peace and quiet and a favourable location in terms of infrastructure. You can do your daily shopping (bakery, small supermarkets, etc.) in Puigpunyent. Puigpunyent has around 1,400 inhabitants and is also the namesake of the municipality, which is located in the south-west inland of Mallorca in the Serra de Tramuntana region. Attractive day trip activities in the form of vineyard visits, golf, horse riding or a bike tour through the landscape characterised by almond and olive trees are great excursion destinations that you can undertake from this holiday home.

Villa Casa Roca is situated in an absolutely prominent location, an estimated 9 km as the crow flies from the beautiful town of Puigpunyent.
