If the walls of the modern and sophisticatedly renovated Villa Son Nadal could speak, they would speak at length about this villa full of tradition. In many ways, this large and spacious property tells us a little about the history of old Mallorca, which was once largely dedicated to agriculture. The size of the settlement in which the property is located is already impressive at 80,000 m². However, many old pieces that we now see as decoration also bear witness to the former agricultural function of this beautiful quarry stone property, such as the well, the donkey cart or the wooden plough. There are old palm and olive trees around the house. A paved path leads from the raffia-covered terrace next to the house along various citrus trees to the pretty pool area. The pool is surrounded by a wide, stone sun terrace. Here you can relax on the sun loungers next to huge trees and under large parasols and simply unwind. If you want to surf the internet during your stay, you can use the WLAN-SAT access, which extends to the pool. There is a long dining table under the covered terrace. On warm summer days, you can enjoy your meals here, which you can perhaps prepare on the barbecue.

The exterior of the old country house with its well-preserved traditional atmosphere conceals a surprisingly modern and very comfortable interior with a communal living area on the ground floor with an open-plan design. In addition to the beautiful and comfortable furnishings, we were particularly impressed by the decorations, which are reminiscent of everyday rural life and are skilfully contrasted with a modern appearance. The combination creates a beautiful synergy effect. The smoothed walls also frame a piece of exposed natural stone wall as if it were a painting. In the kitchen next to the open-plan living area (with a large LCD TV) you will find an open fireplace, reminiscent of the times when the farming family enjoyed their evening meal together after a long day's work in the fields. The preservation of relics of bygone times, which are now considered cosy, blends successfully into the design, complemented by the necessary comfort of a fully equipped kitchen, which makes cooking on holiday a real pleasure and makes your cooking life easier. The kitchenette is slightly separated from the dining and fireplace area by a chest-high bar counter, so that it is not a nuisance if the pots and pans used for cooking are not tidied up straight away. The open-plan dining area with a view of the living room invites you to enjoy your meal. The spacious and open character of the living areas makes this villa ideal for two or even three families. Six country-style bedrooms offer space for up to twelve guests. Five of them are air-conditioned; the sixth bedroom is equipped with a fan. The total living space of no less than 350 m² guarantees optimum privacy. The four stylish bathrooms (three of which are en-suite) impress with their lavish design with relief tiles, real glass shower enclosures and first-class bathroom fittings. End the day or enjoy the start of a new day on the balcony on the upper floor. The magnificent location of the villa in the heart of the island, the hilly plain of Plà de Mallorca with its small mountain coves and holm oak forests, allows you to easily reach the mountains as well as the very pretty coastal towns and sandy beaches in the eastern part of the island. It is definitely worth visiting the nearby planetarium, the only one of its kind in Mallorca. Regardless of your daily plans, the traditional yet modern Villa Son Nadal offers families a great holiday home to tailor their holiday to their own needs.

Villa Son Nadal is situated in a beautiful secluded location in the pretty village of Costitx, in the heart of the island. The magnificent property is situated in a very peaceful natural setting, between the larger towns of Inca and Sineu. From this central location you can easily and quickly reach all the towns and beaches of the island. A weekly market is held on Saturdays in the Mare de Deu and Del Jardi squares. Large purchases can be made in Sineu or Inca.

Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 25 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
