This traditional holiday home is located in the small village of Floricici in the heart of Istria and offers a peaceful retreat. The house is divided into two separate flats. The ground floor has a kitchenette and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Upstairs there is a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and another bathroom. Outside, guests can relax by the pool and enjoy barbecues on the covered terrace. There is a playground for the children and parking for two cars. Just 200 metres from the house, a path leads to the picturesque Sopot waterfall, making it perfect for nature lovers. Central Istria is known for its hiking and cycling trails, ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the region. The nearest town with a shop is Pican, 6 km away, while the nearest restaurant is in Gracisce, 8.5 km from the house. Please note that this property accepts youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
