    “Ausstattung ist gut, Wohnung klein aber Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ausreichend. Sehr große Balkon, Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer reicht aber für ganze Wohnung.
    Ganz große Minus Punkt Tiefgarage: und zwar es geht nicht um rangieren mit können und ähnliches, es ist einfach nicht möglich bei dem Parkplatz für die Wohnung Nr. 16 aus dem Auto aussteigen, wenn Nachbar Parkplatz (Nr. 15) belegt ist. Man hat zu Wand auf eine Seite und zu Auto auf der andere ca. 15 bis 25 cm Platz um Tür zu aufmachen. Nähe zu Wand kann man auch nicht parken da am Anfang und Ende vom Parkplatz Säule stehen die noch mal 5/10 cm platz wegnehmen. Daher ein Punkt minus, da ich für Tiefgaragenstellplatz bezahlt habe könnte Den aber nur bedingt nutzen.”
