The holiday home offers a total of 8 double rooms with pine wood double bed, writing desk, seating area or pull-out sofa. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. In the large kitchen and the living room you will find enough space for the whole group – just perfect for cooking, grilling, eating and having fun. In the wellness parlor incl. sauna, infrared cabin and relaxation room you can indulge in breathtakingly unobstructed views over the roofs of Niederthai. You will spend jovial hours together in our unique, light-flooded lounge with fireplace, on our balconies, garden terraces and winter gardens. The heart of our holiday home is the unrivaled wine cellar. Try, taste and enjoy - exclusively – a selection of wines and beers.

We clean the house on your departure, no intermediate cleaning.
There are 4 more kitchenettes in the house. If you use them too, an additional end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 45 (per kitchenette) will be charged on site.
