A century-old farmhouse forms the outer shell for this penthouse, which is not just in the Alpine region of its peers. As soon as you enter, the oak planks of the staircase spray the charm of the good old days. And this solid impression extends to the top apartment.

The spacious living room is completely open. A stone fireplace spreads pleasant warmth, which can be enjoyed in the sunshine on the wide wooden balcony. The interior of the apartment is dominated by natural, typically Tyrolean materials. The decor is luxurious, yet down-to-earth and detail-loving. From the entire living area, the breathtaking view of the Alpine panorama of the Kitzbühel Alps and the "Streif" race track impresses.

Overall, the penthouse sleeps four in two bedrooms with a fully equipped bathroom with shower and bath and a guest toilet. The kitchen has a traditional look, but offers all the technical amenities expected of a modern cooker. A double fridge with ice maker and a large freezer complete the absolutely high-quality equipment. As a little candy, the penthouse is still waiting with a fully visible roof terrace. The mountain sun will indulge you here even on cold days.



The farmhouse with the penthouse apartment is perfectly located in the immediate vicinity of the Schwarzsee, which in summer invites to fishing or swimming and in winter to wonderful cross-country skiing tours. The station "Schwarzsee" is within walking distance in five and the center of Kitzbühel in a maximum of 15 minutes. The "Hahnenkammbahn" car park can be reached in less than five minutes by car. Thus, this location offers peace, nature and relaxation in close proximity to the boutiques and the jet set life in Kitzbühel.
