The family-run Apartment Birkheim is quietly located on a sunny hill and offers a breathtaking view of Oetz and the Ötztal from the balcony. The Acherkogelbahn is approx. 800 meters from the house and takes you to the Hochoetz family ski area or, in summer, to the unforgettable Widiversum. Many outdoor companies offer unique activities. Area47 is approx. 6 km away. The Piburger See is within walking distance and invites you to swim as the warmest bathing lake in Tyrol.

Our modernized apartment with approx. 86 m² consists of an original stone pine room (living room) with TV, a comfortable and a pull-out sofa (sleeping possibility for the 3rd and 4th person). 1 double room with flat screen TV, 1 fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, refrigerator...) and 1 bathroom with shower / toilet. Enjoy the wonderful panorama of the Ötztal Alps on our furnished balcony.
