Our house lies in sunny, calm situation in the local centre of Grossarl (920 m) and is an ideal starting point for numerous activities!
In the periphery of 300 m you find numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants as well as the "Sport and Recreation Center of Großarl" with a wide range of activities for your families in summer!

We have 3 comfortable apartments for 2-8 persons. Our apartments are furnished in a rustic style with a balcony, free WLAN, SAT-TV, radio and a kitchen with a comfy dinette.
Covered parking places in front of the house (free parking)!
In WINTER the ski-bus stops directly in front of our house and brings our guests to the lifts every 10 - 15 minutes (free of charge).
We offer also a free, blockable SKI DEPOT directly in the bottom station of the Grossarler cable-car station for our house!
