Spacious Villa with Sauna and Garden

This pet friendly villa can accommodate large families and groups. Surrounded by mountains, it has a sauna and barbecue to have an amazing time. This holiday home has a garden, terrace and fireplace for your relaxation.The Lipno Lake is at a distance of 500 m only. Beach and Marina is at a distance of 600 m. A new ski lift 'Lipenska' has been built in Lipno ski-resort and is located only 350 meters from Villa Victoria, so easily accessible.All our guests are now be able to join / walk to the ski-piste without having to go to the centre of Lipno. There is free safe parking inside the property (fenced) for 3-4 cars and outside the garden additional parking spaces for 2-3 cars, all free. Recycling is collected on Thursdays (we will inform you upon arrival what time of recycling will be collected) and other rubbish is collected every Friday mornings. The villa has 2 fully equipped kitchens, one large in the main house and one smaller in the adjoining apartment (both are open-plan).The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for cooking & baking incl coffee machine (filters) & dishwasher & microwave & baby/ children plates & cups and cutlery.Dogs are only accepted if the owner has been informed in advance of the age of the dog, dogs are welcome from 3+.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngstersIt is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
