In harmony with nature

At the edge of the forest, this detached house is available. The lower floor is built from the Middle Ages. The two upper floors are completely new built. In the garden runs a small stream and the house has clean well water.Neuhausen is a small village settled on the middle of the Old Salt Route between Leipzig and Prague. Dresden, Chemnitz, Prague and the Saxon Switzerland can be reached by car in one to one and half hour.Winter offers many opportunities for winter sports. In Kliny in the Czech Republic, there are also ski facilities and chairlifts.Nearby you will find the Erzgebirge wood art village Seiffen, the castle in Augustusburg, Bobbahn in Altenberg, Bierbaumuseum Rechenberg-Bienenmühle, Nutcracker museum in Neuhausen.The house has a large garden where you can enjoy the sun until evening.The area is particularly suitable for hiking and (sporty) cyclists and motoring.     “Sehr schön renoviertes Ferienhaus, top ausgestattet und alles vorhanden was man braucht!!
    Netter Empfang von Frau Frohs und wenn nötig, jederzeit ansprechbar.
    Auch die Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett.
    Wir haben eine schöne Woche verbracht und werden dieses Ferienhaus auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen!!”

    “Eine gelungene Urlaubswoche, hier konnte man abschalten und die Natur genießen. Positiv: Modern, hell und freundlich eingerichtete Fewo, schöne große Dusche, viel Stauraum im Badschrank. Schöner Ausblick, eigener Parkplatz. Überall Fußbodenheizung, Gäste-WC im OG vorhanden. Freundlicher Empfang durch Betreuerin der Fewo, verbindliche und unkomplizierte Absprachen.
    Wanderkarten lagen bereit und waren uns große Hilfe. Küche bestens ausgestattet, ist alles da, was man braucht. Negativ: Hausanlage (Wasserpumpe) war etwas zu laut, Badhocker als Ablage hat uns gefehlt. Restaurant: Schwartenbergbaude - Schönes Ausflugsziel, mehrere Wanderwege führen auf den Schwartenberg. Freundliche und schnelle Bedienung, gute Qualität zu moderaten Preisen. Gerne wieder. Ausflüge: Freilichtmuseum Seiffen - Schöne Anlage, es gibt viel zu entdecken.”
