Lovely holiday apartment in Heiligenhafen in the first floor and roof floor

Our house is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Heiligenhafen. The apartment is located in a semi-detached house (above). This is a 75sqm apartment on the 1st floor + attic.A separate sitting area in the garden can be used as a terrace.In the other half of the house lives the landlord.     “Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen Positiv: Zentrum, Hafen und Binnensee sind fußläufig erreichbar.
    Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi) in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
    Sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung in jediglicher Hinsicht.
    Sehr sympatische und zuvorkommende Vermieter”

    “Die Vermieter waren ok. Was ich nicht schön fand das man nach 8 Stunden Fahrt gleich zur Kasse gebeten wurde. Das ist unhöflich. Positiv: Große Wohnung, man hat viel Platz. Negativ: Da gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Restaurant: Fisch Hütte Haasch - Große Portionen, man sollte Hunger mitbringen. Ausflüge: Graswarder - Ein Ausflug wert”

    “Im Großen und Ganzen kann man dort Urlaub machen,Vermieter sind freundlich Positiv: die Ruhe im Haus und der Umgebung -----da sehr weit draußen
    es gab genug Stauraum und Bügel Negativ: im Bad keine Spiegelbeleuchtung, Duschentür undicht, Treppe zum Schlafzimmer sehr steil und schmal, für ältere Mieter nicht empfehlenswert, auf dem Eßtisch eine abgenutzte Wachstuchdecke,”
