The studio is a part of a large house. The studio is private, as is the use of the pool and garden. With its own entrance and exclusive parking.
You will have a double bed, this studio is ideal for spending a few days as a couple, you will have peace of mind, and you will be surrounded by nature. You can also enjoy a good road connection to access the different roads that will make you discover all the points of interest in the province of Malaga.
Even so, this accommodation has an advantage in terms of its location, since, by car, you will have a wide range of commercial, leisure and restaurant venues in Coín, all within about a five-minute drive.
You will have a kitchenette, space to watch television and enjoy your favorite series. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches, breakfasts or dinners.
It will have a bathroom with a shower tray.
Private wood-lined swimming pool (4.6 m in diameter and 1.2 m deep) available for use in the months of June to September, with a large relaxation area with an outdoor wood-burning fireplace.
Wi-Fi Internet, porch in the partial shade of natural reeds.
Barbecue area and terrace.
It consists of a spacious room with a double bed, bathroom with bathtub and shower, kitchen-dining room with ceramic hob, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, toaster and washing machine. Osmosis equipment incorporated into kitchen faucet.
To accommodate the third person, an extendable bed will be available in the common areas of the accommodation, with an extra cost reflected in the price.
Views of the typical rural farm of the area, with cultivation of various trees (no chemicals, pesticides or herbicides are used).
*Important: The exterior appearance of the land, like the fruits of the trees, varies depending on the time of year compared to the images in the photos.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveler's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.
