Vacation apartment 2 km from Gradara, whose Renaissance castle, awarded as one of the most beautiful in Italy, is just a few kilometers away and can be seen in the distance from the living room. The sea is not far away, as well as the beaches and coves of the Park of San Bartolo. This stretch of coast is also famous among cyclists for the enchanting panoramic road to Pesaro (about 15 km). With day trips you can also reach: Urbino (about 25 km), a beautiful Renaissance town among green hills, home of the famous Raffaello Sanzio; Riccione (about 10 km) with its amusement parks for the whole family, shopping and interesting nightlife. Rimini (18 km) with the nearby Republic of San Marino (30 km). Also plan a trip to Venice (about 3.5 hours by car) or Florence (about 2.5 hours by car). The house consists of two apartments with shared access, on the second floor live the owner and his family. Outside, shared with the owner: a large covered terrace with tables and chairs, a beautiful fenced garden with various plants and lawns.

    “Dit huis is zeer aan te bevelen. Zeer ruim, luxe en is ook compleet met alles wat je nodig hebt om te leven, slapen, eten, koken en relaxen. We zijn hier met 5 volwassen personen geweest en zeer genoten van het huisje en de gastvrijheid van de eigenaren. Het uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer is op het kasteel van Gradara.

    De eigenaren wonen in de bovenwoning, respecteren de privacy maar geven ook nuttige tips over de omgeving, waar de beste plekjes zijn om te eten, (gratis) te parkeren en waar het mooiste strand is zonder tussen de massa toeristen te zitten.

    Samengevat een echte aanrader.”
