The Bilocale apartment for 4 people includes a living room with a kitchenette featuring an induction cooktop (2 or 4 burners), a double bedroom, a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. It is equipped with all necessary amenities: air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, induction cooktop, dishwasher, TV, hairdryer, safe, ironing board and iron (on request), and a beach umbrella. The first set of bed linen and towels is included in the cost.
Our reception is open daily from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-in is guaranteed from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, it is mandatory to inform us in advance; otherwise, check-in cannot be guaranteed and a surcharge may apply. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM. Please note that cleaning the kitchenette and disposing of trash is the guest’s responsibility; otherwise, penalties will be applied.
Pets are allowed but must be communicated at the time of booking. They are not permitted in common areas, and an additional fee must be paid on-site.
