This 4-star, two-bedroom apartment (70 m²) is newly furnished and is located on the ground floor. However, there are stairs connecting the ground floor (kitchen, dining room and living room + terrace) to the first floor bathroom and bedrooms.The apartment has air conditioning and WiFi and these are included in the price. The nearest beach and the city center are only 100 m away.There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The terrace has a beautiful view of the sea and is a perfect breakfast and dining area. The garden offers play facilities for children. In the yard you can also grill (the grill is for common use for all guests).
